ULITE
Our ULITE (United Littles Indoor Training Experience) program is designed to introduce beginner volleyball at 6-12 years and continue to build skills and game-like play/competition through year 12.

Futures LITE: 6 to 8 years
This program runs in four week sessions 2x a week. These practices are rep heavy on the fundamental skills needed to play volleyball. A lot of serving and passing with introduction to setting and hitting. We also work on building mechanics to help grow the youngest athletes' abilities to properly perform volleyball skills.
2025 Registration will re-open in the spring.

Mini LITE: 9-10 years
This program runs in four week sessions 2x a week. These practices are rep heavy on the fundamental skills needed to play volleyball. This age group will start to focus on game flow working to combine skills to cooperatively play across the net. Their fundamentals will start to be finessed in this age group and ready them to move onto more competitive style volleyball.
2025 Registration will re-open in the spring.

VolleyLITE: 11-12 years*
This program runs in four week sessions 2x a week. Players are broken into teams and will have one skills drills/team practice session a week and the other weekly session is run as a mini-tournament (with pool play and bracket). Players will advance their overall knowledge of game flow, strategy, and teamwork while continuing to develop their individual skills. *advanced 10 year olds are welcome all year and 13 year olds are welcome in the fall. Winter Edition
ULITE & VolleyLITE Winter Editions are 6 Saturday sessions that you sign up for individually because we know that November and December are busy times of the year. Come be in the gym before the locals/travel season starts.
